Why Labor8 Exists

I built Labor8 because I was frustrated.

Frustrated with meetings that circled without concluding. Frustrated with AI assistants that just agreed with me. Frustrated with outcomes shaped by whoever talked loudest or last.

The insight came from watching how actual intelligence emerges: not from any single mind, but from the interplay of many minds challenging, refining, and synthesizing each other's thinking.

What if we could capture that dynamic? What if AI didn't just answer questions, but actively mediated deliberation; filtering noise, preserving attribution, surfacing the best arguments?

That's Labor8. Collective intelligence where humans and AIs work together on hard problems.
